Calls and emails go to a real person. We ask pointed questions about your property: stories, gutter width, guards, downspout history, tree cover. About half of our estimates are done online from photos, the other half in person when the property needs a closer look. You get the estimate by text and email with a same-day or next-day follow-up.
Once you accept the estimate, we schedule the job and give you a 30-minute heads-up by call and text on service day. The tech walks the property with you first, points out anything noticed on approach like a loose piece of siding or soft fascia, and reconfirms the scope out loud.
The ladder goes on stable ground, not flower beds. Stabilizers, standoffs where needed, and gutter clips anchor the ladder to the gutter line. If the job requires roof access, the harness comes out.
We flush each run with water from the hose, working in long stretches from each ladder position. The water carries out grit, leaves, and debris while breaking open downspout clogs. Once the runs flow, we watch drainage and slope.

Gutter guard installation starts at about $500. We install stainless steel and aluminum mesh guards with patterned mesh that blocks asphalt shingle runoff, an integrated lip that redirects water back into the trough, overlapping flaps between sections, and aluminum screws for a permanent install.
Asphalt grit washes off your shingles and settles into the gutter trough over time. It builds up like a small sand bar that traps water and stops it from reaching the downspout. Even tree-free properties in Northwest Arkansas need their gutters flushed every few years.
It depends on tree cover. Heavily wooded properties often need cleaning one or two times a year, and some have needed four cleanings a year before guards went in. Open lots can sometimes go four or five years between cleanings. We recommend a check-in at the one-year mark.
With the stainless steel and aluminum mesh guards we install, you do not need to clean the trough itself. We recommend cleaning the tops of the guards every five years to keep flow consistent.
Water fully removes asphalt grit and organic buildup, breaks open downspout clogs from above, and lets us verify drainage and slope before we leave. A leaf blower cannot do any of that.
Two cases. We do not clean gutters where the fascia is so rotted the gutters will not stay seated, because forcing the work risks more property damage. We also do not service Gutter Helmet brand gutter guard systems.
