The crew picks between water-fed pole and traditional hand tools based on each window’s access and condition. Phones go on silent during the work, and calls get stepped away from the job so the focus stays on the glass.
Screens get cleaned outside while the exterior glass dries, then reinstalled. The crew checks the exterior windows from inside (looking back out) to catch streaks that only show up from one angle. Then the inside glass is cleaned, and each frame and sill is wiped down.
